No—and that's a good thing. The Noir Profond mascara is not waterproof. This choice allows for a gentler, mostly natural-origin formula that cares for your lashes day after day. Waterproof mascaras often require very resistant film-forming agents, which are harder to remove and can sometimes be harsher on lashes. The Rose Lane formula was therefore designed to be easy to remove, comfortable to wear, and gentle on lashes and sensitive eyes.
