Shipments and deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Please allow a maximum of twelve (12) business days for delivery within mainland France.

To ensure timely delivery, please make sure you have provided accurate information for the delivery address (street number, building number, staircase, access codes, names, and/or intercom numbers).

Delivery times may be extended by up to ten (10) additional days.
