To submit your return request, please send the required information listed below to contact@roselane.fr.
Our Deadlines
In compliance with current regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return of the products.
Information We Need
To facilitate the processing of your return, please provide the following information:
- The order number related to your return request
- A list of the products to be returned
- The reason for the return
- A photograph of the product in its current condition
Reminder: If you return your order, any complimentary products must also be returned. Please note that any products received that are not part of the designated order in your return request will be considered as excess items. Additionally, return shipping fees apply to each order and are calculated individually.

Condition of the Products
The legal right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products have been opened or used after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We recommend ensuring that the items are returned in their original shipping box to secure a safe return. Please be aware that your responsibility is engaged in this process.
Any product returned damaged, particularly due to insufficient protection in unsuitable packaging, will be deemed damaged and cannot be refunded.
Next Steps
Once your return request has been submitted via our contact form, our team will send you a return label via email.
You can then return your order by dropping off the package at your local post office. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund. These fees are based on the rates currently in effect from the shipping carriers.
The package will be sent to our warehouse to be received, inspected, and processed by our team. If your return meets the conditions, the refund will be issued promptly.
